These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NetarhatTour.com and the booking of any tours or services. By booking with us you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed after receipt of the required advance payment. The exact payment amount and method will be communicated during booking.

2. Changes to Itinerary

We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety or operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide equivalent alternatives where possible.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Our refund policy is outlined on the Refund Policy page. Short summary: cancellations 7+ days prior: full refund; 3–7 days: 50%; <3 days: non-refundable (rescheduling may be offered).

4. Liability

We take reasonable care for your safety, but participation in outdoor activities involves some risk. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Health & Fitness

Guests must disclose any medical conditions or mobility restrictions prior to booking. Certain activities may be unsuitable for people with specific health concerns.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who behave in a threatening, illegal or disruptive manner. No refunds will be given in such cases.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
